Estagiário(a) de Supply Chain - Araucária/PR

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Dar apoio com as rotinas de atendimento e/ou direcionamento das diversas demandas dos clientes- recebimento, revisão e processamento de pedidos, questionários, documentos diversos etc
• Atualizar e consolidar KPIs de Supply Chain (OTIF, acurácia de estoque, SLA, etc - ) Atuar em iniciativas de melhoria contínua (5S, padronização de processos, automações simples no Power Automate).
• Dar apoio ao departamento de comercio exterior (revisão de documentos, conferencia de despesas, emissão de instruções de desembaraço, FUP dos processos.
• Auxiliar no planejamento operacional de logistica (agendamento de transportes, follow-up de pedidos, alinhamento com produção e 3PLs, controle de estoques em terceiros.
• Atividades de backoffice
   

Requisitos:

• Graduação em andamento em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Logística, enegenharia de produçao ou áreas correlatas (a partir do 3º semestre).
• Pacote Office com Excel).
• Noções de Power BI e Power Automate (diferencial).
• Inglês intermediário para leitura e escrita (diferencial).
• Espanhol intermediário para leitura e escrita (diferencial).
• Vivência ou conhecimento em operações de Supply Chain/Logística, inventários e conferência documental é um plus.
• Conhecimento de ERP (SAP/Oracle, Datasul ou similar) é desejável.
• Boas práticas de segurança, organização e 5S em ambiente operacional.
