About the Role
As Senior Associate Market Access (m/f/d) with a focus on rebate contracts and tender management, you will play a key role in shaping Celltrion Healthcare’s market access activities in Germany. You will support both operational execution and strategic decision-making related to national tenders and rebate contracts within the biosimilar market.
In this role, you will work at the interface of market access strategy, pricing, analytics, and stakeholder management, closely collaborating with internal cross‑functional teams as well as external partners such as statutory health insurance funds (GKV). Through your analytical expertise and structured approach, you will actively contribute to optimizing tender outcomes, strengthening Celltrion’s competitive position, and ultimately improving patient access to high-quality biosimilar therapies.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage rebate contract and tender processes with statutory health insurance funds (GKV)
Analyze, evaluate, and process tenders across the entire product portfolio
Support the development and implementation of tender and market access strategies
Develop calculation and simulation tools for health insurance tenders and continuously adapt them to changing market and tender requirements
Prepare profitability, market, and competitive analyses
Prepare, coordinate, and ensure timely submission of tender documentation
Maintain and further develop existing contract and tender databases
Qualifications & Experience
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in market access, tender management, pricing, or rebate contract management within the pharmaceutical industry or in a comparable role at a statutory health insurance fund
Solid knowledge of the German healthcare system, particularly the statutory health insurance (GKV) and rebate contract landscape
Proven experience in handling tenders and complex contract processes
Analytical and structured working style with a high level of attention to detail
Strong communication and coordination skills
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
