A posição e seu impacto:

• Escrituração e conferência de notas fiscais (entrada e serviços);
• Emissão, acompanhamento e encerramento de requisições de compras;
• Suporte ao inventário físico de ativos fixos;
• Atualização e controle do cadastro patrimonial;
• Organização e arquivamento de documentos fiscais e financeiros;
• Auxílio no controle de despesas e lançamentos em sistema (ex.: SAP);
• Suporte na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais básicos;
• Apoio às rotinas de fechamento mensal;
• Interface com áreas internas (Compras, Contábil, Fiscal) para alinhamento de demandas;
• Acompanhamento de aprovações e fluxo de processos internos;
• Suporte às demandas da área de Corporate Finance;
• Apoio em melhorias de processos e organização de controles em planilhas (Excel).

O que você precisará para ter sucesso nesta função:

• Ensino Médio Cursando ou Concluído
• Ter a idade entre 16 a 24 anos incompletos;
• Boa comunicação e vontade de aprender.
• Conhecimento básico em Excel
