Main Purpose: ensure the consistent, IFRS conform, preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annually reports, focused on Chile. Be and act as the senior expert, leading functional areas within the team and providing guidance to other colleagues, focused on Chile. Be a reference and act as first point of contact of innovation and automation topics in the area. Your mission will be to: Act as first point of contact of SCR; supervise and review activities performed; take up and clarify all operational accounting content topics in a timely manner. Manage and escalate the issues & complaints and track solutions. Give support to internal and external audit processes. Assure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, and Local GAAP). Review Balance Sheet and P&L accounts. Contribute to global as well local projects, legal entities mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. Be and act as the senior expert, leading functional areas within the team and providing guidance to other colleagues. Review and improve processes and automation of reports. Initiate and drive the changes, significant projects and promote innovation. Promote an active communication & partnering inside Accounting. Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members. Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement culture. Drive effective communication and strong cross-functional alignment. Unlock your potential! Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis. Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards. Advanced SAP and financial systems knowledge. Advanced English proficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and data quality orientation. Proactive mindset with continuous improvement focus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate in a complex and cross-functional environment. Digital mindset with interest in automation and innovation. Strengthens internal controls and reduces financial risk. Improves efficiency through process optimization and automation. Enhances business transparency and supports strategic decision-making.
