Main Purpose Coordinate the activities of the Crop Protection Squad in Southern Cone to deliver the integrated value proposition to customers, accelerate business growth and train the customer facing teams. Support the definition of a near-term (3-year) customer value plans for crop protection assets, including pricing, portfolio development, and LCM to deliver annual budget aligned with long-range plan. Deliver a 10- year view for project valuation and production needs. Support the definition of the right product portfolio and positioning as key enablers for business value maximization across branded and licensed business. Ensure countries to achieve expected results (KPI) for key brands by strong collaboration and alignment with Crop Leads and Customer Marketing team on actions and tools. Lead customer and stakeholders value strategy (interaction, price, portfolio), championing development of tailored solutions and collaborating locally, regionally and globally. Your mission Will be to Coordinate the activities and ensure the delivery of the Crop Protection Squad goals through the implementation of the DSO operating model. Ensure the connection with fluid members from other teams and its incorporation as active participants of the squad. Guide the squad to define and prioritized regional product portfolio strategy across crops based on global asset strategies and regional crop strategies. Define product position and value proposition across crops and ensure enabling of countries for their implementation (includes developing pricing strategy, market funding parameters, share targets, volume, brand strategies, distribution plans and portfolio plans). Define new product requirements, LCM activities, new uses and portfolio streamlining in line with country and customer needs, supported by FS/Project areas. Delivers the operating plan for Key Brands: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers, aiming to maximize profit/value. Drive Operation Planning process to optimize working capital and product availability by consolidating country sales forecasts, quality check data, align projections with financial plans/goals and ensure product availability to meet aligned forecast. Plan for product inventory management. Prepare for and drive launch of new products within the region, ensure availability and adoptions of brand packages, resources and communication points for key products. Define and track product value and price objective, aligned with global asset management, the Strategic Business team and the regional business strategy, to enable price strategy and corridors within crops. Tracks position relative to competition, including identifying risks, opportunities and strategic actions. Define third party strategy for his portfolio, to be implemented with other Bus, by the 3rd party relations manager. Ensure the joint work and support to the Corn Squad to develop and deliver the integrated value proposal. Unlock your Potencial! 10 years of experience in agribusiness with experience in crop protection portfolio management and pricing. University degree, Postgraduate/MBA degree desired. Advanced level of English (Portuguese desired). P&L understanding, financial and business acumen, and linkage to marketing tactical plans - pricing, market funding & product portfolio management. Demonstrated customer centricity. Learning agility, being able to adapt to the new requirements Influencing peers and senior stakeholders at the global and country level on business decisions. Understanding of the interrelationships between financial goals, customer driven decisions and market specific. Understanding of crop related political, economic, sciences & technologies and regulatory requirements Managing and collaborating in a matrix organization requiring experience interfacing with global organization Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and to influence cross functional teams to execute complex tasks.
