(Sr.) Field Technical Service Specialist, Livestock

The Position

To coordinate and assist the sales team in promoting products and disease control concepts, while providing high-quality field technical services and innovative solutions to meet customer needs and help resolve customers' problem for improvement customers' satisfaction and maximize market share in the territory.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical services, consultations, and innovative solution to assist area sales representative in solving issues related to daily swine farm operation, management and disease control for customers and key account customers to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Establish good and close communication and cooperation with related team of livestock, such as marketing/technical and sales team to provide high quality service and support to customers within responsible area and maintain customers satisfaction.
• Assist area sales representative and marketing/technical team to hold farmers' meeting or round-table meeting to promote products and disease control concepts.
• Help marketing/technical team to collect market information, market trend and competitor information. help marketing/technical to do market research, product promotion activities, product testing and collect customers feedback.
• Build up good relationship with customers and their technical team in order to improve the product recognition within customers' mind, regularly communication with universities and disease diagnosis centers to understand the prevalence of diseases and to maintain relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in veterinarian medicine, master degree is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in pig production process, management and clinical operation.
• Marketing awareness and analysis capability in livestock industry.
• 1+ Years’ working experience with veterinarian medicine profession and comprehensive diagnosis of swine disease.
• Leadership and people management skill.
• Good presentation, negotiation/communication and leadership skills
• Good competence in reading, spoken and written English.
