Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and coordinate all activities related to new product launches and transfers, ensuring strategic alignment and timely execution.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure launch readiness and effective risk management.
• Support commercial planning and decision-making through regular reporting and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement of launch processes and ensure alignment with internal policies and regional stakeholders.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding related to launch management across the organization.

 

What you'll bring to the role:

• University degree in Management/Marketing/Pharmacy/Finance, or a related field.
• Previous involvement in areas such as marketing, project management, regulatory affairs, logistics, or other cross-functional roles that require coordination and collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• English – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Confident user of MS Office.
