Job Description:

This is a rare moment to join a program at the inflection point between discovery and the clinic.

At BeOne's Cell Therapy Research Center in Taiwan, we're working on one of the most innovative pipelines in the company. Our lead allogeneic candidate is advancing toward the clinic — a highly engineered program with the potential to become a first-in-class allogeneic cell therapy.

We use cutting-edge induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technology to solve a persistent challenge in the field, making cell therapy scalable and off-the-shelf, rather than constrained by autologous approaches. Through advanced gene editing and cell engineering, we're working toward universal cell therapies that aim to be more accessible, efficient, and impactful for patients worldwide.

Today, our Cell Therapy Research Center brings together a team of more than 60 leading scientists, forming one of the largest and most advanced allogeneic cell therapy research teams in the region. This reflects BeOne’s strong commitment to long-term innovation, sustained R&D investment, and building a globally competitive cell therapy pipeline.
