The Role & Your Impact:

As a Maintenance, Reliability, and Artificial Intelligence Intern, you will contribute to initiatives focused on smart maintenance and digital transformation. The role combines industrial challenges with technology, data analysis, and AI, providing hands-on experience in developing solutions that can increase equipment availability, improve productivity, and generate value for the business.

Your Key Responsibilities in this role:

• Develop dashboards, automations, and digital solutions to support maintenance and reliability activities;
• Use Generative AI tools to optimize processes, analyses, and knowledge generation;
• Apply data analysis techniques to identify patterns, deviations, and opportunities for improvement;
• Support predictive maintenance and asset monitoring initiatives;
• Build intelligent reports, virtual assistants, and data-driven solutions;
• Collect, process, and structure data for advanced analysis;
• Participate in failure analysis and problem-solving activities using digital tools and AI;
• Work on initiatives that connect Engineering, Data, and Artificial Intelligence;
• Actively participate in digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence initiatives;
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies applied to the industrial environment.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields;
• Availability for a 30-hour-per-week internship;
• Interest in technology, innovation, and digital transformation;
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and applying Artificial Intelligence to real-world industrial challenges;
• Analytical and investigative mindset, with a data-driven approach;
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and digital tools;
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value:

• Knowledge of Power BI, Advanced Excel, or Analytics tools;
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or data automation;
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms;
• Basic knowledge of SAP PM or maintenance management systems;
• Participation in academic or personal projects related to data, automation, or Artificial Intelligence.
