About the Role:
Contributes to the development and execution of U.S. brand strategies and launch initiatives for Neurocrine products. Responsible for supporting key areas of brand development, including market analysis, customer insights, strategic planning, brand management, and promotional campaign execution. Develops and implements HCP and patient-focused marketing programs to communicate product positioning, support launch readiness, and drive brand adoption. Applies customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and provide recommendations that support brand performance. Works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of brand initiatives and successful execution of commercialization objectives._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Contributes to the development and execution of brand strategies and launch initiatives that support commercial objectives and brand performance
Leads the execution of assigned HCP and patient marketing programs, ensuring alignment with approved brand strategy and customer needs
Manages day-to-day activities of brand agencies and external partners, ensuring high-quality execution of projects, promotional materials, and campaign deliverables
Supports development and implementation of promotional campaigns and tactics designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and product adoption across personal and non-personal channels
Partners with Commercial Analytics, Market Research, and other stakeholders to analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence and provide recommendations to support brand decision-making
Supports development of core brand messaging and promotional materials, ensuring consistency across channels and alignment with product positioning
Collaborates with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, Sales, Training, and Commercial Operations to support coordinated execution of brand initiatives and launch activities
Coordinates congress activities, peer-to-peer programs, digital initiatives, and other customer-facing promotional activities in support of brand objectives
Works closely with the field sales organization and sales leadership to develop customer engagement strategies, field communications, and launch readiness activities
Participates in promotional review and approval processes to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Supports annual brand planning, forecasting, and budget management activities and monitors performance of assigned marketing programs
Identifies opportunities to improve processes, customer engagement approaches, and marketing effectiveness through application of industry best practices and market insights
Serves as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues and contributes to the development of marketing capabilities across the organization

Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline and 8+ years of relevant pharmaceutical marketing, sales, or pharmaceutical advertising agency experience, including product launch and commercialization experience OR
MBA/Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience OR
PharmD, PhD, or other advanced degree and 4+ years of relevant commercial experience
Demonstrated experience supporting brand strategy and leading execution of complex marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, including HCP and patient marketing, customer engagement, market research, promotional planning, and brand management
Experience supporting product launch planning and execution, including development of promotional materials, customer engagement programs, and cross-functional launch readiness activities
Ability to analyze customer insights, market research, competitive intelligence, and performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations that support business objectives
Experience managing external agencies and vendors, including creative, digital, media, and market research partners
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive execution in a matrixed environment
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements related to promotional activities
Recognized expertise within area of responsibility, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and functional leadership to less experienced colleagues
Excellent project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $158,100.00-$216,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
