About the role
Join our Manufacturing team as an Operational Excellence (OpEx) Trainee and experience how continuous improvement comes to life on the production floor. You will learn how we drive operational excellence by improving processes, reducing waste, and building high-performing autonomous teams. This role is designed to help you develop a strong foundation in continuous improvement and production systems while contributing to real improvements on the shopfloor.
Key responsibilities:
Support implementation of a new digital tool for daily performance management in routine operations.
Support the deployment of OpEx initiatives within production lines, learning how continuous improvement is applied in daily operations
Participate in identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste
Assist in daily performance routines and visual management practices.
Learn and contribute to autonomous maintenance activities alongside production operators
Collaborate in problem-solving activities to identify root causes and propose improvements
Support implementation of standards and continuous improvement actions
Observe and contribute to process optimization and flow improvement initiatives
Engage with teams to build a culture of ownership and continuous learning (100% ownership mindset)
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor´s degree in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry or related scientific discipline.
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn in a production environment
Interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence
Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proactive and open to hands-on learning
Basic knowledge of Lean, CI or Manufacturing (nice to have, not required)

Important, the scholarship has a duration of 12 months, full-time.
