Interested in a career that matters? This position is part of the LATAM Marketing team, supporting strategic and commercial decisions for the Food & Beverage markets across Latin America. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver market intelligence, tracking, and insights that drive business growth.

The Role & Your Impact:

Operating in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment, the position combines analytical capabilities with market research. The team plays a key role in advancing Novonesis’ purpose by supporting the identification of business opportunities and delivering high-quality intelligence to shape regional strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities in this role:

• Support the LATAM Marketing team in developing comprehensive market analyses and competitive intelligence;
• Track business opportunities and generate actionable insights to inform strategic and commercial decisions;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Food & Beverage segment in Latin America;
• Maintain and organize market data to support ongoing business reporting and strategy execution.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Production Engineering, International Relations, Foreign Trade, International Business, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields;
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory);
• Advanced MS Excel and solid knowledge of MS Office suite;
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills;
• Availability to work 30 hours per week;
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail;
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value:

• Exposure to market intelligence or data analysis tools.
