Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the Operation and Maintenance of Utility & Maintenance of Process Equipment’s.
Planning and procurement of spares parts for the Utility & Process equipment and its accessories.
Production process control regarding calibration.
Service control of equipment.
Preparation of Quality Management system documents and updating in My MS, Such as SOP, EOP, IOP & Annexure records.
Preparation / Reviewing of DQ, IQ&OQ for new equipment / Projects
Issue and stock update in the system.
Planning and execution of preventive maintenance of equipment & its accessories in coordination with production.
Scheduling and process control of specific operations.
Control of non-conformities and correction/preventive action.
Approval of work permit to the Internal works & external agency adherence to safety requirements
Recruitment and Interview of Maintenance personnel as per need.
Approval and identification of training needs of subordinates. Prepare training matrix.
Preparing & Tracking of Budget for R&M for Variable & fixed Expenses (AMC/ Calibration / Spares).
Define the Scope of work to the subordinates with respective the upgradation / Modification activities.
Identifying Key Responsible Areas and distributing the tasks
Prepare / Review of User Requirement Specifications and TDS for new requirement for site perspective.
BOQ preparation, Technical Review with vendor and making technical comparison
Review Design Qualification, Functional Design Specifications for new equipment.
Approval of maintenance related QMS & EHS documents.
Reviewing of IQ, OQ protocols.
Reviewing documents such as calibration, test certificate, validation documents.
Ensure the EMS responsibility at the department level are aligned the EMS requirements of NVS EMS Guiding document.
Ensure all maintenance activities are compliance with ISO, GMP and Food Safety standards.
Supervision of the Operation and Maintenance of Utility & Maintenance of Process Equipment’s.
Execution of EMS activity and maintenance related waste monitoring and quantity identifying.
To update of equipment breakdown status.
Analyzing the breakdown and failure of the equipment’s and corrective actions.
Interview and Training of maintenance personnel.
Education-BE/ B-tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience- 8-12 Years in Pharma / Bio tech industry E/ B-tech in Mechanical.
Candidate Profile: -
Hand on Knowledge on Mechanical Equipment’s-Fermenter, reactors, blenders, Conveyors, Gearbox, mechanical seals, Blowers, Pumps,
Knowledge in Design, operation & maintenance of AHU, VUS, Chillers, Compressors, Boiler, Colling towers,
Soft Skills like Microsoft tools, SAP. AutoCAD,
Documentation- All types of maintenance documentation.
Problem solving skills (RCA & Lean tools).
Excellent Communication and presentation skills
Knowledge on Budget control & tracking.
Good Leadership Skills & Stakeholder Management
Growth Mindset
