Marketing Student Assistant - Animal Health Nordics

We are looking for two talented and motivated students to support our Animal Health Business. One would be for the Pets Team, and the other for the Equine & Livestock Team, both located in Copenhagen. In these roles you will gain hands-on experience within the marketing field and live a true international experience, interacting with colleagues from all over the world. To succeed in this learning agile environment,  we are looking for a digitally savvy individual with a collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous development. 

Please note you must be enrolled at a university, studying a relevant bachelor’s degree. Applicants not fulfilling the requirements will not be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Student Assistant in marketing, you will:

• Support daily marketing operations, including PO requests, compliance processes, material uploads, mailbox monitoring, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with marketing materials and digital content, including quotations for print materials, website updates, Facebook monitoring, and content coordination for the digital Vet Magazine.
• Support the planning and coordination of internal events, sponsorships, speaker agreements, and other marketing activities across the Nordic Pets and Equine & Livestock teams.
• In your day to work you will work closely with the Marketing Coordinator, however reporting to BU Head of either Pets Nordic or Equine & Livestock Nordics.
  
  
  

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor program in the field of Marketing, Science, Business Administration or similar
• Eager to develop, learn and be part of a diverse cross-functional team
• Excellent command of the English language. The ideal candidate must be fluent in one of the three languages Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian.
• You are comfortable with interacting with different stakeholders at different levels
• Strong focus on solutions and results-oriented execution
• Accountable for delivering results and actively give and seek feedback to improve own and team performance
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft office package and strong interest in business administration
• Lastly, you are an enthusiastic, curious, and proactive team member

The standard working hours are 15 hours a week, and preferably you can start as soon as possible.
