About the role

As Retail Media & Performance Media Manager for the SEAT Cluster, you will play a key role in accelerating growth across Haleon’s iconic brands including Panadol, Sensodyne, Centrum and Caltrate. Leading lower-funnel and retail media strategies across multiple markets, you will drive high-impact performance campaigns across retailer media networks, paid social and TikTok commerce ecosystems to deliver measurable business growth.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, from shaping performance media strategies and optimizing investments for maximum ROAS, to partner closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Commercial, Finance and agency teams across the region. Reporting to the SEAT Integrated Media Director, you will have the opportunity to influence the future of commerce and digital media within one of the world’s leading consumer healthcare companies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the retail media and lower-funnel performance strategy for brands/markets—turning commercial targets into scalable always-on and campaign plans across retailer media networks and paid social.

  • Lead TikTok lower-funnel activation (incl. performance formats and product-led creatives) in partnership with markets and agency—driving measurable outcomes such as add-to-cart, purchase and ROAS, with clear learning agendas.

  • Scale retailer onsite performance—search and onsite placements (e.g., sponsored products/search, category placements, display), keyword and product targeting, and retail calendar planning to win key moments.

  • Drive end-to-end performance management: budget setting and pacing, bid/targeting guardrails, in-flight optimization, and post-campaign readouts with clear actions to improve efficiency and scale.

  • Define and standardise measurement across markets—KPIs and reporting for ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, share-of-search/onsite share, and incrementality where available; partner with Consumer & Business Insights and eCommerce to quantify business impact.

  • Partner with eCommerce and brand teams to ensure performance media is enabled by strong fundamentals (assortment, pricing, availability, ratings/reviews, content, PDP readiness) and to align media with trade and promotions.

  • Lead agency and platform partners to deliver best practice buying, creative testing, audience strategies, and operational excellence; challenge for effectiveness and efficiency and build market capability through playbooks and coaching.

  • Embed a test-and-learn culture—run structured experiments (creative, audience, offer, landing/PDP, retailer levers), share learnings across the cluster, and continuously raise the performance benchmark.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Media or related discipline; Mandarin language capability would be an added advantage.

  • Experience within healthcare, consumer healthcare, FMCG/CPG or other regulated industries would be a plus.

  • Experience across performance media agencies, marketplace/eCommerce teams, retail media network teams and/or in-house performance marketing functions.

  • Strategic and commercially minded leader with 7+ years of experience in performance media and/or eCommerce marketing, able to drive growth strategies aligned to long-term business priorities within fast-paced and evolving environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, agencies, cultures and multiple Southeast Asia & Taiwan markets.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in lower-funnel performance media, with proven ability to plan, execute and optimize campaigns to deliver ROAS and profitable growth.

  • Hands-on experience across TikTok lower-funnel media, retail media networks, paid social and/or programmatic platforms, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, pacing, optimization and test-and-learn frameworks.

  • Deep understanding of SEA & Taiwan commerce ecosystems, platform dynamics, retailer environments and key promotional/trade moments across markets.

  • Strong familiarity with TikTok, Meta and retailer media environments, including conversion tracking, catalog/product feeds and key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CVR and AOV.

  • Experience with GMV Max and capability-building initiatives for teams and markets.
