We're looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals to join our team as a Fermentation Operator. In this hands-on role, you'll operate production equipment, support manufacturing processes, and help produce high-quality products in a clean and safe environment. Whether you're experienced in manufacturing or looking to grow your skills, we provide training and opportunities for advancement.
What You'll Do
As a Fermentation Operator, you will:
- Operate and clean equipment including fermenters, centrifuges, and spray dryers
- Maintain a clean production environment by following hygiene and GMP standards
- Use computers to track production information and complete inventory transactions
- Follow all safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture
- Complete production documentation and process paperwork accurately
- Support continuous improvement activities using LEAN manufacturing principles
- Work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to walk stairs frequently throughout the shift
- Comfortable working at elevated heights
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move consistently during the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
